我国高等药学教育是提供高质量的药学人才的重要渠道,时代发展驱动高等药学教育不断改革。本文对药学教育的规模结构和质量、药学人才培养目标定位与区分度、药学教育发展方向和药师型人才培养、药学教育专业认证体系建设等热点问题进行分析,并提出了适当扩大教学规模、提高教学质量、准确定位人才培养目标、增加人才培养区分度、培养药师型人才、药学教育与国际接轨、健全药学教育专业认证体系的建议,以期为我国的高等药学教育改革提供参考,提高我国药学教育质量。

In this paper the scale structure and quality of pharmaceutical education, pharmaceutical talents cultivation target and the degree of differentiation, pharmacy education development direction and pharmacist talents cultivation, pharmacy education analysis on the hot issues, such as professional certification system construction, and puts forward appropriate expand the scale of teaching,improve teaching quality, accurate positioning of talent training target, increasing the talent training type differentiation, training pharmacists talents, pharmacy education in line with international standards, perfect the system of pharmaceutical education professional certification advice, so as to provide reference for higher pharmaceutical education reform in our country, improve the quality of pharmaceutical education in our country.
