摘要
本文结合目前贵州大学本科生的公共选修课美容营养学课程的教学现状及笔者的教学经验,从教学方法和课程考核方式两个部分对该课程进行了教学改革初探,以期提高教学水平和教学效果。
Based on the current teaching situation and the author's teaching experience of the public elective course of Beauty and Nutrition at Guizhou University, this paper makes a preliminary exploration of the teaching reform from two parts of teaching methods and course assessment methods in order to improve the teaching level and effect.
