Research on Countermeasures to Promote the Development of Prefabricated Buildings

本文通过对我国装配式建筑发展的研究进行归纳总结,结合我国目前装配式建筑的发展现状,从建筑成本、标准规范、信息技术、市场需求和专业人才五个方面提出装配式建筑发展中存在的问题,并为我国装配式建筑的发展提出相应对策。

This paper summarizes the research on the development of prefabricated buildings in China, puts forward the existing problems in the development of prefabricated buildings from five aspects, namely, construction cost, standard specification, information technology, market demand and professional talents, based on the development status of prefabricated architecture in China, and proposes corresponding countermeasures for the development of prefabricated buildings in China.
