摘要
针对某缆线管廊工程用混凝土,通过试配天然河砂和机制砂混凝土及试配不同砂率的C30机制砂混凝土试验,研究比对了机制砂与天然河砂对混凝土工作性能、抗压强度的区别和影响。试验结果表明,机制砂可以替代天然河砂作为细骨料用于混凝土中,机制砂混凝土的合理砂率宜在41%~42%之间。
Aiming at concrete is used in a underground pipe gallery project, the difference and influence of Manufactured Sand and natural sand on the concrete working performance and compressive strength of concrete are studied and compared through the test of natural sand and Manufactured Sand concrete and C30 Manufactured Sand concrete with different sand rates. The test results shows that Manufactured Sand can replace natural sand as fine aggregate in concrete, and the reasonable sand ratio of Manufactured Sand concrete should be between 41% and 42%.
