摘要
将硫铝酸盐与硅酸盐水泥复合配制快硬高强砂浆,探究了硫铝酸盐水泥比例、水胶比、减水剂掺量对砂浆流动性、抗压强度和抗折强度的影响。结果表明,当聚羧酸盐减水剂固体掺量为胶凝材料质量的1.0%~1.4%时,可配制出坍落扩展度在255 mm以上的快硬高强砂浆。这种砂浆在2h的抗压强度超过13MPa,抗折强度超过4.5MPa;标准养护下的28d抗压强度超过100MPa,抗折强度超过11MPa。
Rapid hardening and high strength mortar was prepared by mixing sulphoaluminate and Portland cement. The effects of the ratio of sulphoaluminate cement, water binder ratio and water reducer content on the fluidity, compressive strength and flexural strength of mortar were investigated. The results show that when the solid content of polycarboxylate superplasticizer is 1.0%~1.4% of the cementitious material quality, the fast hardening high strength mortar with slump expansion over 255 mm can be prepared. The compressive strength of this mortar exceeds 13 MPa in 2 hours and its flexural strength exceeds 4.5 MPa. The 28-day compressive strength under standard curing exceeds 100 MPa and its flexural strength exceeds 11 MPa.
