本文针对项目管理在土木工程建筑施工中的应用展开详细分析,确保土木工程建筑施工的各项工作能够按照制定的规章制度进行,将土木工程建筑施工安全系数最大化。
This paper analyzes in detail the application of project management in civil engineering construction to ensure that all the work of civil engineering construction can be carried out in accordance with the established rules and regulations, and the safety factor of civil engineering construction can be maximized.
