摘要
根据BIM技术和EPC工程总承包管理模式在装配式建筑一体化建造中的应用价值,结合装配式建筑一体化建造的特点,通过对装配式建筑经济效益评价指标的分析,以及从成本、工期、质量以及宏观评价指标对装配整体式建筑与传统现浇建筑的经济效益进行比较分析,发现在一体化建造驱动下装配式建筑的全生命周期成本更节约、建造工期更短、质量更具保障、社会效益和环境效益更具优势。为装配式建筑经济效益的分析提供一些参考。
According to the application value of BIM technology and EPC management mode in the integrated construction of prefabricated buildings, combined with the characteristics of integrated construction, analysis the economic benefit evaluation index of fabricated buildings. Comparing the economic benefits of fabricated buildings and traditional cast-in-place buildings from the cost, construction period, quality and macro evaluation indicators, it is found that the integrated life cycle cost of the fabricated buildings is more economical and the construction period is shorter and found that the integrated life cycle costs of fabricated buildings are more economical, construction period is shorter, the quality is more secure, social benefits and environmental benefits. Provide some reference for the analysis of the economic benefits of fabricated buildings.
