摘要 量子点是一种极小的半导体纳米晶体,被认为是现代光电领域中最重要的基石之一。本文使用的新型铜铟硫(CuInS2)量子点是利用水热法合成的一种水溶性的量子点。该量子点在合成过程中不需要使用有机溶剂,并且组成中不含有镉、铅等重金属元素,满足对当前环境友好型的要求。我们将制备的量子点材料进行性能研究表明其拥有很好的荧光强度、良好的光稳定性等优点,因此这种新型的量子点材料有着非常可观的应用价值以及广泛的应用前景。 Quantum dots are a tiny semiconductor nanocrystal and are considered to be one of the most important cornerstones in modern optoelectronics. The novel copper indium sulfide (CuInS2) quantum dots used herein are water-soluble quantum dots synthesized by hydrothermal methods. The quantum dot does not need to use an organic solvent in the synthesis process, and the composition does not contain heavy metal elements such as cadmium and lead, and satisfies the requirements of current environmentally friendly type. The performance study of the prepared quantum dot materials shows that it has good fluorescence intensity and good light stability. Therefore, this new type of quantum dot material has very applicable application value and broad application prospects.
