摘要
用乙醇浸提法对柚皮中的总黄酮进行提取,通过单因素试验考察了加热温度、提取时间、料液比及溶剂浓度对总黄酮得率的影响。结果表明,提取温度75℃、提取时间2.0h、料液体比为1︰10(g/mL)、乙醇浓度为65%为最佳提取参数,在此条件下,总黄酮得率21.2%。
Extraction of total flavonoids from pomelo peel by ethanol extraction, The effects of heating temperature, extraction time, ratio of material to liquid and solvent concentration on the yield of total flavonoids were investigated by single factor experiments.The results showed that the extraction temperature was 75 ℃, the extraction time was 2.0 h, the ratio of material to liquid was 1︰10 (g/mL), and the ethanol concentration was 65 %, Under these conditions, the total flavonoid yield was 21.2 %,is the best extraction parameter.
