摘要 本文以PBT为基材,以短切玄武岩纤维(BF)为增强材料,通过双螺杆挤出制备PBT复合材料,研究BF对PBT复合材料机械性能、热性能的影响。结果表明:BF能明显提高PBT复合材料的机械性能和热性能。与未增强PBT复合材料相比,30%BF增强PBT复合材料的拉伸强度、缺口冲击强度、弯曲强度和弯曲模量分别提高140、134.8、130.3、244.5%。热变形温度最大提高105.3%,初始分解温度最大提高28.5℃。 In this paper, PBT was used as the substrate, and the chopped basalt fiber was used as the reinforcing material.The PBT composites were prepared by twin-screw extrusion.The effect of BF on the mechanical properties and thermal properties of PBT composites were studied.The results show that BF can significantly improve the mechanical and thermal properties of PBT composites.The tensile strength, notched impact strength, flexural strength and flexural modulus of the 30 % BF-reinforced PBT composites were increased by 140, 134.8, 130.3 and 24.5 %, respectively, compared to the unreinforced PBT composites.The maximum heat distortion temperature is increased by 105.3 %, and the initial decomposition temperature is increased by 28.5 ℃.
