利用铁水脱硫渣中的单质铁处理刚果红模拟废水的试验研究

摘要 本文从铁水脱硫渣中选出单质铁,利用单质铁的还原特性对刚果红模拟废水进行脱色处理,研究了反应pH值、温度、时间和单质铁加入量对脱色率的影响。研究结果表明:当反应温度为80℃,pH=2,单质铁加入量为5g,反应时间为60min时,100mg/L的模拟刚果红废水的脱色率可达98%以上。研究结果可为铁水脱硫渣处理偶氮染料废水提供一定的技术指导。 In this paper,elemental iron was separated from the hot metal desulfurization slag and used to decolorize Congo red simulated wastewater through the reduction reaction of elemental iron.The effects of pH value,temperature,time and elemental iron addition on the decolorization rate were studied.The results show that the decolorization rate of 100 mg/L simulated Congo red wastewater can reach over 98% when the reaction temperature is 80 ℃,pH=2,the amount of elemental iron is 5 g,and the reaction time is 60 min.The research results can provide some technical guidance for the treatment of azo dye wastewater with hot metal desulfurization slag.
