摘要
采用微通道反应器技术对以叔丁醇和过氧化氢为原料制备二叔丁基过氧化氢进行了研究,考察了反应温度、反应物配比、反应停留时间对反应的影响。利用气相色谱仪对产物的含量进行分析。结果表明,当反应温度为45℃,硫酸,过氧化氢,叔丁醇流速分别为14.97mL/min,7.96mL/min和16.33mL/min,反应停留时间为144s时,反应结果良好。所得二叔丁基过氧化氢收率达到94.0%,纯度高于95.0%。
Preparation of di-t-butyl peroxide from t-butanol and H2O2 by in a micro channel reactor system.Influence of condition including reaction temperature, mole rate of raw meterials, reaction time was investigated.Obtained products were analysed by GC.Result showed that the better reactive condition was listed below: the reaction temperature at 45 ℃, the flow rate of Sulfuric acid、t-butanol and H2O2 at 14.97 mL·min-1, 7.96 mL·min-1 and 16.33 mL·min-1, reaction time at 144 s.The beteer yield of di-t-butyl peroxide was 94.0 %, and the purity was above 95.0 %.
