摘要
本文以苯乙酮、甲醛为原料,以氢氧化钠为催化剂,研究了催化剂用量、醛酮摩尔比以及聚乙二醇用量等对酮醛树脂羟基值及产率的影响,通过傅里叶红外光谱对其结构进行表征。结果表明,在醛酮摩尔比为4∶1、催化剂用量为15%的条件下聚乙二醇用量为8%时,得到改性苯乙酮-甲醛树脂羟值与产率较好,聚乙二醇接入苯乙酮-甲醛树脂结构中,但会降低了其热稳定性。
Acetophenone formaldehyde resin(AFR) and polyethylene glycol (PEG) modified AFR were prepared by using acetophenone and formaldehyde as raw material,sodium hydroxide as catalyst.The effects of catalyst usage,aldehyde and ketone molar ratio and amount of polyethylene glycol on the hydroxyl value and yield of AFR were studied.The structure was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The result show that the hydroxyl value and yield of modified AFR was better when the aldehyde and ketone molar ratio was 4∶1,the catalyst usage was 15 % and the PEG usage was 8 %.The modified AFR structure had PEG chain and had a low thermal stability.
