摘要
将纳米级无机填充剂二氧化硅(SiO2)和碳酸钙(CaCO3)加入聚丙烯(PP)中,加热熔融共混后按国际标准制成测试样条并测试了样条的熔融指数、弯曲强度、弯曲模量、拉伸性能和悬冲强度,结果表明,改性后的聚丙烯的弯曲强度增加了27%、弯曲模量增加3%,悬冲强度增加了304%,拉伸屈服强度增加了60%。
The Tested spline was prepared according to international standards after nano-sized inorganic fillers,silica (SiO2) and calcium carbonate (CaCO3), were added into polypropylene (pp) by heating and melting.The melting index,bending strength,flexural modulus,tensile properties and hanging impact strength of modified polypropylene were all measured.The results showed that the bending strength of the modified polypropylene was increasesed by 27 %,the flexural modulus was increasesed by 3 %,the suspension impact strength was increases was by 304 %,and the tensile yield strength was increasesed by 60 %.
