Safety Technology of Liquid Ammonia Unloading and Storage in Port Chemical Terminal

根据液氨物理化学特性及港口液体散货装卸储存作业特点,分析了装卸储运过程中的主要风险,液氨储运作业中的风险主要是中毒﹑火灾及爆炸。针对储运过程中的风险设计了装卸储运系统各作业参数,结合生产作业提出了球罐储存风险应对措施,安全进行了卸船装罐作业。

The risks of unloading and storage of liquid ammonia in the port chemical terminal are evaluated according to ammonia physical and chemical nature and attributes of port transportation facilities.The main risks of liquid ammonia handling in the liquid chemical terminal are poisoning,fire and explosion.Based on the results of risk analyzation,procedure parameters of handling liquid ammonia are proposed to control the risks and avoid accidents.
