快速自修复聚硼硅氧烷弹性体的制备与表征 被引量:4

摘要 利用二甲基二氯硅烷的水解产物二甲基二羟基硅烷与苯硼酸缩合,制备油状聚硼硅氧烷预聚物,再利用硼酸和聚硼硅氧烷预聚物作用得到具有快速自修复能力的聚硼硅氧烷弹性体。结果表明,当硼酸质量分数为10%时,聚硼硅氧烷弹性体的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为0.36MPa和130%;随着自修复时间的延长,自修复效率增加,自修复30s后自修复效率可以达到97.2%,所制备的聚硼硅氧烷弹性体具有快速自修复能力。 The oily polyborosiloxane prepolymer was synthesized by condensing of dimethyldihydroxysilane,a hydrolysis product of dimethyldichlorosilane,with phenylboronic acid,and then polyborosiloxane elastomers with rapid self-healing ability was obtained by interaction of polyborosiloxane prepolymer with boric acid.When the amount of boric acid is 10%,the tensile strength and elongation at break of polyborosiloxane elastomers are 0.36 MPa and 130%,respectively.The self-healing efficiency of polyborosiloxane elastomers increases with the self-healing time,and the self-healing efficiency reaches 97.2% after self-healing for 30 s.The synthesized polyborosiloxane elastomers have a rapid self-healing ability.
