摘要
本文讨论石墨炉原子吸收法测定安溪县饮用水源水中铅含量(0~60μg/L)的不确定度,建立石墨炉原子吸收法测定安溪饮用水源水中铅的检测流程及数学模型,明确了不确定度的来源。结果为样品溶度25.67μg/L、扩展不确定度U=1.0μg/L(P=95.0%,k=2)。结论表明曲线拟合极大影响测量结果的不确定度,可通过对WFX-100的定期检定及加强WFX-100仪器调试训练降低其影响。
The uncertainty of lead content (0~60 μg/L) in drinking water source in An’xi County was discussed.And the detection method is graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.The testing process and mathematical model of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry for measurement of lead in water drinking sourc in An’xi were established.The source of uncertainty was clarified.The result showed that the sample concentration is 25.67 μg/L and the extended uncertainty was U=1.0 μg/L (P=95.0 %,k=2).The conclusion showed that curve fitting greatly affected the uncertainty of the measurement results,and the influence could be reduced by regular verification of WFX-100 and strengthening the debugging training of WFX-100 instruments.
