摘要
探讨了不同树脂和碳纳米管(CNTs)对天然橡胶(NR)/顺丁橡胶(BR)并用胶加工和力学性能的影响。结果表明,在NR/BR并用胶中加入不同种类的树脂,胶料的性能差异较大。添加石油树脂后,胶料的焦烧时间和硫化时间变长,硬度和定伸应力降低,拉伸强度和撕裂强度变化不大;添加酚醛补强树脂,胶料的焦烧时间和硫化时间减小,硬度上升;添加抗撕裂树脂,胶料的撕裂强度增加;CNTs与石油树脂并用能显著增强胶料的抗撕裂性能。CNTs在NR/BR混炼胶中整体分散均匀,但局部有团聚现象。
In this paper,the effects of different resins and carbon nanotubes on the processing and mechanical properties of natural rubber/butadiene rubber(NR/BR) blends were investigated.The results show that different kinds of resins are added to NR/BR and the properties of the rubber compound are quite different.After adding petroleum resin,the scorch time and vulcanization time of the rubber compound are slightly extended,and the hardness and tensile stress of the rubber compound are reduced,and the tensile strength and tear strength are not changed greatly;After adding phenolic reinforcing resin,the scorch time and vulcanization time of the rubber compound are obviously shortened,and the hardness is obviously increased.After adding the tear resistant resin,the tear strength of the rubber material is slightly increased.Carbon nanotubes and petroleum resin can significantly improve the tear resistance of the rubber compound.
