摘要
选择结合丙烯腈质量分数分别为29.2%(NBR-1)和33.3%(NBR-2)两组丁腈橡胶(NBR),开展了NBR门尼黏度(MV)对35min300%定伸应力(σ)、拉伸强度(τ)和扯断伸长率(λ)影响规律的研究。结果表明,MV升高,NBR的σ和τ均线性上升,λ线性下降。MV每升高1,NBR-1和NBR-2的σ和τ分别增加0.035MPa和0.034MPa、0.073MPa和0.060MPa,λ下降2.40%和1.25%。
In this paper,the effect of Mooney viscosity( MV ) on 300% tensile stress(35 min,σ),tensile strength(τ),elongation at break(λ) of NBR had been studied,based upon the two groups of NBR with the acrylonitrile content( B AN ) at 29.2%(mass fraction,marked as NBR-1)and 33.3%(marked as NBR-2).The results showed,with the increasing of MV,σ and τ of NBR increased linearly ,but λ of NBR decreased linearly.When MV was increased by 1, the σ and τ of NBR-1 and NBR-2 are increased 0.035 MPa and 0.034 MPa、0.073 MPa and 0.060 MPa respectively, and the λ are decreased 2.40% and 1.25%.
