摘要
选用二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)体系,采用一步法合成了热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)。研究了多元醇相对分子质量、多元醇结构、不同异氰酸酯指数(R)对弹性体性能的影响。结果表明,R=1.01、硬段质量分数为38%时,聚四氢呋喃多元醇PTMG1000型TPU拉伸强度最大;随着R值的增大,PTMG1000型TPU的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)升高;以聚己内酯多元醇CAPA7201A作为软段时,材料的综合性能最佳;以PTMG作为软段时,材料的Tg最低,分子链柔顺性最好。
A thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer(TPU) was synthesized by one-step method using MDI system.The effects of polyol molecular weight,polyol structure and different isocyanate index ( R ) on elastomer properties were investigated.The results showed that the tensile strength of PTMG1000 TPU is the highest when R =1.01 and the hard segment content is 38%.The glass transition temperature of PTMG1000 TPU increases with the increase of R value.When CAPA7201A is used as the soft segment,the overall performance of the material is the best;when PTMG is used as the soft segment,the material has the lowest glass transition temperature and the best molecular chain flexibility.
