摘要 通过实验室模拟运输车中夏季高温高湿运输条件,研究了经过长期高温高湿运输环境下,三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)混炼胶的焦烧安全性能和挤出性能的变化,以及硫化胶料物理性能和用于汽车水管时产品性能的变化。结果表明,EPDM混炼胶的耐高温和耐湿性能优异,即使在恶劣的高温高湿环境下,其挤出和焦烧性能不会受到影响,而且其在汽车胶管上使用时依然保持良好性能,在模拟汽车的实际使用情况时,即胶管经过高温高压循环脉冲后,胶管的性能完全能够满足主机厂的各项指标要求。 Not only scorching and extrusion properties of ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) compound,but also physical property and property of automobile hose used in heating and cooling system were studied after long-term transporting especially high temperature and high moisture in summer.The bad transporting conditions were simulated in lab.The results showed that EPDM compound has excellent high-temperature and high-moisture resistance.There is no influence on scorching and extrusion property of EPDM compound even in very bad environmental conditions.The properties of hoses still can meet requirements of automobile customers after hoses go through high-temperature and high-pressure impulse test.
