摘要
聚氨酯材料具有优异的综合性能,但在实际应用中存在一些缺陷,为了进一步增强聚氨酯材料的应用功能性,国内外开展了对聚氨酯纳米复合材料改性的研究。综述了国内外聚氨酯/纳米粒子复合材料的制备、结构特点、性能,指出了无机粒子与有机粒子复合聚氨酯材料时的优势与不足,分析了聚氨酯复合材料的应用前景,为纳米复合材料的进一步应用和发展提供了很好的理论指导。
Polyurethane materials possess excellent comprehensive properties.But there are some problems in practical application.In order to enhance the application function of polyurethane materials,many topics on modification of polyurethane/particles nanocomposites have been carried out at home and abroad.This paper reviewed the preparation of nanocomposites,analysis of structure and properties enhancement.This issue points out the advantages and disadvantages of the composite polyurethane with inorganic particles and organic particles,analyzes the application prospect of such composite materials,and provides a good theoretical guidance for the further application and development of nanocomposite materials.
