Clinical Skills Training Center can Improve the Clinical Skills of Medical Students

目的:现代医学教育促进医学生的临床操作能力而不是理论知识的掌握。为了实现这个目的,使用各种模拟临床技能培训被引入医学教育培养创造力和发展学生的实践能力。方法:在目前的研究中,我们比较本校医学生技能操作的平均成绩毕业在2014年与2016年之间的传统培训和模拟培训组。对比在临床技能比赛参与医学生使用传统训练和模拟训练进行比较。数据进行统计分析和定性描述。结果:2016年依托临床技能操作中心进行的培训可以显著提高医学生的技能成绩(81.32±2.69)分与2014年(69.45±3.22)分相比。其中模拟培训组较传统训练组升高2名,P<0.05差异具有统计学意义。结论:综上所述,这些数据表明,临床技能培训和仿真模拟可以大大促进医学生的临床表现和提升教学质量。

Objective: Modern medical education promotes the clinical operational ability of medical students rather than the mastery of theoretical knowledge. To achieve this goal,a variety of simulated clinical skills training was introduced into medical education to foster creativity and develop students' practical abilities. METHODS: In the current study,we compared the average scores of the medical students' skills in the school to the traditional training and simulation training group between 2014 and 2016.Contrast in the clinical skills competition to participate in medical students using traditional training and simulation training for comparison. The data was statistically analyzed and qualitatively described.RESULTS: In 2016,training based on the Clinical Skills Operations Center significantly improved the performance of medical students (81.32±2.69)fraction compared with 2014 (69.45±3.22)fraction.Among them, the simulated training group was increased by 2 compared with the traditional training group,and the difference of P<0.05 was statistically significant.Conclusion: In summary,these data indicate that clinical skills training and simulation can greatly promote the clinical performance of medical students and improve the quality of teaching.
