摘要 针对纳米ATO导电粉在水中均匀分散性差的问题,以平均粒径和沉降率为指标,探讨分散剂种类和用量对纳米ATO水浆分散效果的影响。以pH值、高速剪切作用时间以及超声波作用时间为影响因素,采用单因素试验和正交试验法研究纳米ATO水浆的分散工艺。结果表明:当分散剂SPP用量为纳米ATO导电粉的2.0倍,pH值为7,高速剪切作用时间为40min,超声波作用时间为15min时,纳米ATO水浆分散效果最好。在最优分散工艺条件下,通过粒径分析得纳米ATO水浆中ATO导电微粒的粒径主要分布在60~80nm。 In order to solve the problem of highly uneven dispersion of nano-ATO conductive powder in water,with average particle size and sedimentation rate as indexes, the effects of dispersant type and dosage on the dispersion of nano-ATO water slurry were discussed.The dispersion process of nano-ATO water slurry was studied by single factor test and orthogonal test method with pH value, high shear action time and ultrasonic action time as the influencing factors.The results show that nano-ATO slurry has the best dispersion effect when the amount of SPP of dispersant is 2.0 times of the amount of nano-ATO conductive powder, the pH value is 7, the high-speed shear time is 40 min, and the ultrasonic action time is 15 min.The particle size test is used to analyze the nano-ATO water slurry dispersed under the optimal process conditions, and the particle size of the nano-ATO conductive particles is uniformly distributed at 60~80 nm.
