摘要
研究外资企业劳动关系,应当首先从宏观因素入手,将其置放在特定的外部环境之中加以考察。劳动关系的运行过程与结果取决于环境压力和主体价值观、力量对比与战略选择的交互作用。本文基于既有的经典分析框架,提出了整合性的外资企业劳动关系分析框架,并在此基础上分析了投资国政府理念与行为、法律、技术、产品与劳动力市场状况、工会以及投资国与母国文化等影响外资企业劳动关系的宏观因素。
To study the labor relations in foreign investment companies, we should firstly focus on the macro factors and investigate these factors in a specific external environment. The process and results of labor relations depend on the interaction of environmental pressure, subjective values, actors’ power and strategic choices. Based on the classical analysis framework, this paper proposes an integrated analysis framework for labor relations in foreign investment companies. Furthermore, this paper analyzes the macro factors that affect the labor relations in foreign investment companies, such as the philosophies and behaviors of host countries, laws, technology, the market conditions of product market and labor market, trade unions and the cultures of home and host countries.
