摘要
针对输电线路走廊的绿色植被监控情况,阐述了两方面问题,一是输电线路走廊的风险管理,二是植被监控技术的分析与实际测试。提出利用航拍及图像识别技术来检测输电线路走廊中植被的方法,通过模板比对与图形分割的方式提取出复杂背景中的植被信息并标识出来,完成对输电走廊中绿色植被的监控。现场测试结果表明,所提方法取得了良好效果,在高速检测的同时保持了较高的准确率。该检测方法可以应用到使用直升机与无人机等多种航拍方式的输电线路监控中。
In view of the situation of green vegetation monitoring in transmission line corridors, two problems are expounded, one is the risk management of transmission line corridor, the other is the analysis and practical test of vegetation monitoring technology. A method of detecting vegetation in transmission line corridor by aerial photography and image recognition technology is proposed. The vegetation information in complex background is extracted and identified by template comparison and graph segmentation, and the monitoring of green vegetation in transmission corridor is completed. The field test results show that the proposed method achieves good results and maintains high accuracy at the same time of high-speed detection. The detection method can be applied to transmission line monitoring using helicopter and drone and other aerial photography modes.
