摘要 随着社会对电网优质、可靠供电要求的不断提高,电网设备停电检修时间长、社会影响大的问题日益凸显。为此,宁波供电公司提出全流程管控理念驱动的电网集中检修模式。该模式以全流程管控理念为驱动,充分考虑电网检修工作中各部分、时间段、部门间的相互配合,对集中检修的各部分进度及风险实施全流程管控,极大地缩短了设备停电时间,提高了设备利用率。以新某变大型检修为契机,探索了该模式的实际效益,为未来全流程管控理念驱动的电网集中检修模式的发展与推广提供了积极的借鉴意义。 With the continuous improvement of the society′s requirements for high quality and reliable power supply of power grid, the problems of long outage maintenance time and large social impact of power grid equipment are increasingly prominent. Therefore, Ningbo Electric Power Bureau puts forward the centralized maintenance mode of power grid driven by the whole process management and control concept. Driven by the concept of whole process management and control, this mode fully considers the cooperation among various parts, time periods and departments in the maintenance of power grid, and implements the whole process management and control of the progress and risk of each part of centralized maintenance, which greatly shortens the outage time of equipment and improves the utilization rate of equipment. Taking a large-scale maintenance as an opportunity, the practical benefits of this mode are explored, which provides a positive reference for the development and promotion of the centralized maintenance mode of power grid driven by the whole process management and control concept in the future.
