Research on Manufacturing of a Medium and Low Pressure Combined Structural Cylinder

文章通过对双缸轴向单排联合循环机组的中低压缸制造工艺以及关键工序进行分析,以期形成该类型汽缸通用制造技术,从中低压合缸及单层缸的结构特点出发,解决了设备选择、多级开档错位及变形控制、合铣装夹及尺寸保证等难点.

In this paper, the manufacturing process and key processes of medium and low pressure cylinders of double-cylinder axial single-exhaust combined cycle gas turbine are analyzed to form a general manufacturing technology for this type of cylinders. Based on the structural characteristics of medium and low pressure combination cylinder and single-layer cylinder, the difficulties such as equipment select, multi-stage gear open dislocation and deformation control, closing milling clamping and size guarantee are solved.
