基于技术经济比较的低压用户业扩报装供电方案综合评价 被引量:12

Comprehensive Evaluation of Power Supply Scheme for Business Expansion of Low Voltage Users Considering Technical and Economic Comparison

摘要 低压用户业扩报装是电力企业面向用户用电需求的一线业务。科学合理的业扩报装供电方案,可以保障配电网供电可靠性和运营经济性,同时保障用户的用电经济性与智能用电扩展需求。泛在电力物联网建设为提高业扩报装供电方案的精细化程度提供了技术支撑。为发挥泛在电力物联网优势,文章提出了考虑供电方案技术、经济以及用电电价选择性等的供电方案综合评价指标,以及基于离差最大化-TOPSIS法的低压用户业扩报装供电方案综合评价方法,为低压用户业扩报装供电方案提供遴选方法,以提高配电网以及用户的运营经济性。 Business expansion is the front-line business oriented to electricity users' demand.Scientific and reasonable power supply scheme for business expansion can guarantee the reliability of power supply and economic operation of distribution network,and it can guarantee the economical electricity consumption and the expansion demand of intelligent electricity consumption of users.Construction of the ubiquitous power Internet of Things provides technical support for improving the refinement of power supply schemes for business expansion.To give full play to the advantages of ubiquitous power Internet of Things,in this paper,a comprehensive evaluation index of power supply schemes considering the technical,economic and price selectivity of power supply schemes and a comprehensive evaluation method based on maximum deviation-TOPSIS method are proposed,which provides a selection method for power supply schemes to improve the operation economy of distribution network and users.
