摘要 目的 研究SD大鼠三叉神经节内微血管的分支、分布及走行特点。方法 10%水合氯醛腹腔内注射麻醉大鼠,开胸插管,依次用0.9%氯化钠溶液和4%多聚甲醛灌流,再用5%明胶-墨汁灌注,解剖游离大鼠三叉神经节,通过透明标本不同焦点层面照片的焦点堆迭和石蜡切片的HE染色,观察大鼠三叉神经节内微血管的分支、分布及走行特点。结果 三叉神经节内神经元胞体聚集区微血管数量多、密度大,呈密网状分布于神经元胞体间;神经纤维聚集区的微血管数量少、密度小,沿神经纤维长轴走行,斜向或横向分叉吻合成疏网状;神经元胞体聚集区与神经纤维聚集区的交界处近神经元胞体聚集区的微血管数量比近神经纤维聚集区的微血管数量要多,微血管的走行方向由神经元胞体聚集区的网状逐渐向沿神经纤维纵向走行过渡,微血管的密度降低,断面逐渐变长,直径增大。结论 SD大鼠三叉神经节内微血管分支吻合成网状,不同区域的微血管数量和密度不同。 Objective To study the branch, distribution and running characteristics of microvessels in trigeminal ganglion in SD rats. Methods Rats were anesthetized with 10% chloral hydrate by intraperitoneal injection. Cardiovascular system was perfused with saline, 4% paraformaldehyde and 5% gelatin-ink in order. The free trigeminal ganglia of rats was dissected and dissociated. The branch, distribution and running characteristics of microvessels were observed by HE staining, and focus stacking of transparent specimens. Results In trigeminal ganglion, the microvessel in the aggregation area of neuron cell body was large in number and density, and it distributed densely between neuron cell bodies. The microvessel in the aggregation area of nerve fibers was small in number and density, which ran along the long axis of nerve fibers and anastomoses obliquely or transversely into sparse network. The number of microvessels near the junction of the aggregation area of neuron cell body and the aggregation area of nerve fibers was more than that near the aggregation area of nerve fibers. The direction of microvessels transited from the network of the aggregation area of neuron cell body to the longitudinal direction of nerve fibers, the density of microvessels near the nerve fiber aggregation area was decreased, the section became longer, and the diameter was increased. Conclusion The microvascular branches in the trigeminal ganglion of SD rats are anastomosed into a network, and the number and density of microvessels in different areas were different.
