摘要
目前铁路装卸作业移动式防护信号的自动化、智能化程度相对滞后,影响了铁路运输发展的要求,为减轻劳动强度,确保移动式防护信号使用安全,从系统架构、硬件结构、系统功能及操作流程层面对移动式电动防护信号智能监控系统进行设计与研究。该系统的应用,实现了在卫星定位和无线通信的基础上,通过自动控制设备,在控制室中对防护信号安设和撤除过程中关键环节进行实时监视和及时报警,降低了作业人员的工作强度,提高了工作效率,实现了对铁路装卸作业中移动式防护信号的自动化和智能化管理。
Application of automatic, intelligent and mobile electric protection signals on railway loading and unloading operation is lagging behind the development requirements of railway transportation. To reduce labor and ensure safe application of the protection signals, based on special consideration on the system architecture, hardware structure, system functions and operation procedure, this paper has established a mobile intelligent monitoring system on electric protection signals. This paper has concluded that the proposed system is effective to reduce labor and increase efficiency with automatic and intelligent control over mobile protection signals for railway loading and unloading operation, which can be used to carry out real-time monitoring and timely alarming during the release and removal of the protection signals in the control room with automatic control equipment depending on the technologies of satellite positioning and wireless communication.
