摘要 汽车过坎平顺性是车辆性能开发的一个重要内容,其中冲击强度和振动衰减是两个主要指标。单纯考虑车辆加速度大小并不能充分表征过坎振动衰减的优劣。基于一组对标车辆过坎的试验测量值以及主观评估等手段,研究应用于整车过坎平顺性评估的振动衰减指标分析方法。分析表明,基于权系数滤波和Hilbert变换的振动衰减指标分析方法,能够从复杂的时域曲线中提取出振动的衰减特征,由主、客观试验关联性验证了该指标的有效性,为过坎平顺性的振动衰减目标的设定、分析优化提供支持。 The ride comfort plays a major role in vehicle performance. And the impact hardness and memory shake are the key analysis indexes of ride comfort. Only considering the vehicle acceleration is not sufficient to account for the ride comfort characteristics when a vehicle passes a speed bump. This paper presented a method to analyze the index of memory shake, considering both the vehicle bump test and the subjective assessment. It is shown that this method based on the Human Weighting and Hilbert Transform is suitable for the assessment of vibration attenuation in the bump test. The method extracts the characteristics of vibration attenuation from the complex time domain signals. The validity of memory shake index is verified by the good consistency between the objective and subjective assessments. This method could also support setting targets and optimization of the memory shake.
