摘要
“双一流”背景下,高校面临着如何完善高水平科研支撑拔尖创新人才培养机制的重要问题。科研反哺教学是一种有效的人才培养机制,通过分析科研反哺教学的动因和基础,阐述高水平研究型大学开展科研反哺教学面临的困境,提出“双一流”建设过程中高校的应对策略,促进科教融合发展,实现拔尖创新人才的培养目标。
In the context of “Double First-Class” construction, universities are faced with issues as how to improve research-nurtured cultivation schemes for top-class innovative talents. The research-nurtured cultivation is an effective talent development mechanism. With an analysis to the motivation and foundation of research-nurtured cultivation, this paper expounds the predicaments faced by high-level research universities in carrying out this cultivation mode, and puts forward the countermeasures in the process of “Double First-Class” construction. It is meant to promote the integration of scientific researches and teaching, and to achieve the cultivation goal of top-class innovative talents.
