复方牛磺酸滴眼剂对紫外照射眼损伤模型兔眼的修复作用及其剂量组合优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察复方牛磺酸滴眼剂对紫外照射眼损伤模型兔眼的修复作用,并对各成分剂量进行优化。方法取普通级日本大耳白种家兔50只,随机分为10组,各5只,其中9组给药时将家兔眼睑提起,药物滴入结膜囊内,停留10 s以上,中间闭合眼睑3次。以模型兔眼球结膜、角膜、虹膜及分泌物为考察指标,以4种成分剂量为因素,用正交设计L9(3^4)表分析复方牛磺酸滴眼剂的最优剂量。结果复方牛磺酸滴眼剂成分中对模型兔眼球结膜、角膜、虹膜及分泌物有影响作用的是牛磺酸、盐酸萘甲唑啉和维生素B6。优化剂量组合为含牛磺酸1%、盐酸萘甲唑啉0.02%、维生素B60.02%、马来酸氯苯那敏0.03%。讨论复方牛磺酸滴眼剂对紫外照射损伤模型兔眼具有一定修复作用,该结论为该药治疗眼疲劳的适应证提供了实验基础。 Objective To observe the effect of Compound Taurine Eye Drops on the repair of the eyes of eye injury model rabbits injured by ultraviolet irradiation,and to optimize the dosage of each component.Methods Totally 50 normal Japanese big-ear white rabbits were randomly divided into 10 groups,5 rabbits in each group.The eyelids of rabbits in 9 groups were lifted,and the drug was dripped into the conjunctival sac for more than 10 s,and the eyelids were closed 3 times during the whole process.The conjunctiva,cornea,iris and secretion of model rabbits' eyes were taken as indexes,and the optimal dosage of Compound Taurine Eye Drops was analyzed by orthogonal test L9(3^4) table.Results Among the components of Compound Taurine Eye Drops,taurine,naphthoxazoline hydrochloride and vitamin B6 had effect on conjunctiva,cornea,iris and secretion of model rabbits' eyeball.The optimal dosage combination was 1% of taurine,0.02% of naphthozoline hydrochloride,60.02% of vitamin B6,0.03% of chlorpheniramine maleate.Conclusion Compound Taurine Eye Drops have a certain repair effect on rabbits' eyes damaged by ultraviolet irradiation,which can provide an experimental basis for this drug in the treatment of the indication of eye fatigue.
