中药外敷结合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗湿热内蕴型膝关节滑膜炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on External Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Intra-Articular Injection of Sodium Hyaluronate Injection in the Treatment of Knee Synovitis with Damp-Heat Intrinsic Type

目的探讨中药外敷结合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗湿热内蕴型膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法选取重庆三峡医药高等专科学校附属医院中医分院针灸科收治的中医辨证为湿热内蕴型膝关节滑膜炎患者60例,随机分为A组、B组、C组,各20例。A组予清热祛湿散外敷结合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗,B组予清热祛湿散外敷治疗,C组予玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗。外敷每日1次,关节腔注射每周1次,连续治疗5周为1个疗程。结果治疗后,A组主要症状、次要症状积分均明显低于B组和C组(P<0.05),A组总有效率明显高于B组和C组(95.00%比80.00%,85.00%,P<0.05),B组和C组比较均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论中药外敷结合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗湿热内蕴型膝关节滑膜炎疗效良好,有助于改善症状。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Injection in the treatment of knee synovitis with damp-heat intrinsic type.Methods Totally 60 patients with knee synovitis with damp-heat intrinsic type admitted to Chinese Medicine Branch of Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Three Gorges Medical College were selected and randomly divided into group A,group B and group C,20 cases in each group.The patients in group A were treated with external application of Qingre Qushi Powder combined with intra-articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate Injection,the patients in group B were treated with external application of Qingre Qushi Powder,and the patients in group C were treated with intra-articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate.The external application was given once a day and the intra-articular injection was given once a week.Continuous treatment for 5 weeks was a course of treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of main symptom and secondary symptom in group A were significantly lower than those in group B and group C(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of group A was significantly higher than that of group B and group C(95.00% vs.80.00%,85.00%, P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between group B and group C(P>0.05).Conclusion External application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with intra-articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate Injection in the treatment of knee synovitis with damp-heat intrinsic type has good efficacy and it is helpful to improve symptoms.
