品管圈缩短住院药房药品调配时间及提升药学服务质量效果分析

Effect of Quality Control Circle on Shortening the Time of Drug Dispensing in Inpatient Pharmacy and Improving the Quality of Pharmaceutical Care

目的为缩短住院药房药品调配时间及提升药学服务质量提供参考。方法设定品管圈(QCC)活动主题,按品管手法及管理方式对住院药房药品调配各环节进行分析,找出影响药品调配时间的要因,并制订具体解决对策,采用柏拉图、雷达图等评价研究成果。结果圈员采用“头脑风暴法”“鱼骨图法”找出影响药品调配时间的3个环节为调剂、核对及发放,通过建立标准化操作流程、专人专项核对药品制度、建立绩效考核制度、加强易混淆药品管理、加强人员职业道德及专业知识培训等对策,使药品调配时间由53.15 min缩短至23.79 min,目标达成率为99.59%,进步幅度为55.24%;同时,在团队凝聚力、和谐程度、积极性、愉悦感及品管手法等无形成果方面均呈正向改进。结论 QCC活动可有效缩短药品调配时间,提高药师的综合素质及能力,并有助于提升药学服务质量。

Objective To provide reference for shortening the time of drug dispensing in the inpatient pharmacy and improving the quality of pharmaceutical care.Methods The theme of quality control circle(QCC) activity was set up,and the links of drug dispensing in the inpatient pharmacy were analyzed according to quality control methods and management methods.The main factors affecting the time of drug dispensing were found out,and specific countermeasures were formulated.Plato and radar charts were used to evaluate the research results.Results The circle members used ″brainstorming method″ and ″fishbone diagram analysis″ to find out three links affecting the time of drug dispensing: dispensing,checking and dispensing.Through the establishment of standardized operation process,specialized drug checking system,performance appraisal system,strengthening the management of confusing drugs,personnel professional ethics and professional knowledge training,the time of drug dispensing was shortened from 53.15 min to 23.79 min,the target achievement rate was 99.59%,and the progress rate was 55.24%.At the same time,the team cohesion,the degree of harmony,enthusiasm,pleasure and quality control methods and other intangible achievements had increased positively.Conclusion The QCC activity can effectively shorten the time of drug dispensing in the inpatient pharmacy,improve the comprehensive quality and ability of pharmacists,it also can help to improve the quality of pharmaceutical care.
