Effect of Drug Metasomatism Work on Promoting Clinical Safe and Rational Drug Use

目的提高药师发药交代质量,促进安全用药。方法分析某院药师发药交代工作存在不足的原因,多维度审视发药交代细节,提出改进措施。结果与结论该院药师发药交代工作存在一些不足,通过规范,取得了一定成效,为促进安全用药发挥了重要作用。同时,为保障公众用药安全,构建和谐药患关系,药师也有必要加强学习,提高专业技能和专业素养,做好发药交代,提供优质药学服务。

Objective To improve the quality of pharmacists' drug metasomatism work and promote the safe use of drugs.Methods The reasons for the deficiencies in the pharmacists' metasomatism work in a hospital were analyzed,the details of the metasomatism work were examined from multiple dimensions,and the improvement measures were put forward.Results and Conclusion There are some deficiencies in the pharmacists' metasomatism work in this hospital.Through standardization,certain results have been achieved,which have played an important role in promoting safe drug use.At the same time,in order to ensure the safe drug use and build a harmonious pharmacist-patient relationship,pharmacists must strengthen their study,improve their professional skills and accomplishments,do a good job in drug metasomatism work and provide high-quality pharmaceutical care.
