摘要
基于CDIO理念的应用型工科人才培养,以兰州市五所高校工科专业学生为研究对象,探讨了工科专业学生的专业基础知识的储备,社会实践能力及创新创业能力的培养、团队合作能力及个人能力的提升与实践类课程的关系,以兰州城市学院油气储运工程专业的金工实训课程为例,结合CDIO理念,建立以“知识、实践、创新、素质”为内容的四维课程体系,得到了适合应用型工科人才培养的实践类课程新方案,为培养应用、创新型人才提供依据.
Under the background of application-oriented engineering talents training based on CDIO concept,taking the engineering students of five universities in Lanzhou as the research object,this paper discusses the relationship between the reserve of basic professional knowledge,the cultivation of social practice ability,innovation and entrepreneurship ability,the promotion of team cooperation and individual ability of engineering students and practical courses.Taking the Metalworking Training Course of engineering specialty as an example,combining with the concept of CDIO,a four-dimensional course system with the contents of "knowledge,practice,innovation and quality" is established,and a new practical course scheme suitable for the training of applied engineering talents is obtained,which provides a basis for the training of applied and innovative talents.
