摘要
针对当前现况对现有的油烟净化技术及设备性能进行比较,提出新型脱排油烟净化机。它根据旋风分离原理及经验选择旋流器和风机等设备,对旋流器的压力降和分割粒度进行校核,使之满足油烟机的工作要求,新型脱排油烟净化机具有分离油污效率高、易运行、好维护等优点,能提高脱排油烟机对厨房内油烟的脱排和净化效果,降低居民厨房内油烟浓度,提高居民室内空气质量,是适合市场需求的吸力大、不沾油烟、免清洗的环保型产品。试验证明,粒径大的油烟颗粒在旋流器离心力作用下,不断与筒壁接触后下流,被捕集,颗粒直径小的油烟随气流做上升运动排出。试验可知油烟机在选择适当的旋流器、风机、排烟量360-410m3/h、油烟吸口距烹饪油面的垂直距离为790mm时净化效率最好,可达89%。
The present technology and equipment performance of range hood are compared,and a new type of range hood is proposed.It can check the pressure and cut-size to satisfy its demands.The new type of off-discharge range hood is highly efficient,user-friendly and easy to maintain.It can remove the fume and purify the indoor air.The result of the test indicates that some cooking fume particles with larger diameter were captured under the centrifugation,and fume particles with small diameter were discharged with the air flow.The test shows that the best purification efficiency is 89% when choosing an appropriate cyclone,fan,and exhaust volume is 360-410m 3/h when the vertical distance of the filter is 790mm from the cooking fume.
