摘要
开卷机是冷轧热镀锌产线的关键设备之一。某钢厂开卷机频繁发生铜滑条断裂及变形事故,使热镀锌机组不能够正常运行,降低产线的生产效率。经全面分析,发现铜滑条断裂变形的主要原因是:(1)铜滑条所选材料的抗拉强度远远低于设计标准所要求的强度;(2)铜滑条端部钩头险截面抗拉横截面积设计过小;(3)液压控制系统工作压力不能精准控制。针对存在的这些问题,采取合理的解决方案,很好地解决了开卷机失效问题。
The uncoiler is one of the key equipment for the cold-rolled hot-dip galvanizing line.Copper block rupture and deformation accident occurred frequently in one steel mill uncoiler,making it impossible for hot galvanizing unit to function properly.It affects the production efficiency of the production line,and seriously influeces the quality and finished product rate of the product.Tackling these problems,this paper conducts a comprehensive analysis and research,and adopts reasonable solutions and measures to solve the problem of the failure of the uncoiler.
