氯磺酚S分光光度法测定铁矿石中铌量

摘要 采用盐酸、氢氟酸、硝酸、高氯酸溶解试样,不溶余渣用焦硫酸钾熔融回收,在酒石酸介质中以氯磺酚S为显色剂,在分光光度计上650.0nm处测定,建立了氯磺酚S分光光度法测定铁矿石中铌量的分析方法。讨论了比色波长、显色酸度、显色剂用量和酒石酸用量等实验条件,确立了最佳实验方案。对试验样品进行了准确度、精密度和回收试验,测定值与标准值在误差范围内,回收率在97.4%~103.3%之间。 The sample was dissolved by hydrochloric acid,hydrofluoric acid,nitric acid and perchloric acid.The insoluble residue was melted and recovered with potassium pyrosulfate.In the tartaric acid medium,chlorosulfophenol S was used as a color developer.The analytical method for the determination of niobium in iron ore by chlorosulfophenol S spectrophotometry was established on the spectrophotometer withthe wavelength 650.0nm.The experimental conditions such as colorimetric wavelength,acidity,consumption of color developer and tartaric acid were discussed,and thus,the best experiment approach was determined.The accuracy and recovery tests were carried out on samples.The measured results were within the error range from the standard values,and the recovery was from 97.4% to 103.3%.
