高职日常教学与职业技能竞赛相融合的思考 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,职业技能竞赛日益成为推动高职院校专业建设和教学改革的手段,同时也是检验教育水平与人才培养质量的重要途径。如何结合职业技能竞赛,促进专业建设、深化课程教学改革,使我们的教育教学能够科学、稳健的发展,是当前形势下高职院校的重要关注点。文章指出了高职日常教学与职业技能竞赛的冲突,分析了将竞赛训练与日常教学实践相衔接的可行性,并提出了高职日常教学与职业技能竞赛协同发展的方法和对策。 In recent years,vocational skills competition has become a means to promote professional construction and teaching reform in vocational colleges,and it is also an important approach to test the quality of education and personnel training.How to combine vocational skills competition,professional construction,in-depth curriculum reform to ensure that our education and teaching can develop in a scientific and stable way is the primary concern of vocational colleges under the current situation.This paper points out the conflict between routine teaching and vocational skill competition,analyses the feasibility of linking competition training with routine teaching practice,and puts forward the methods and countermeasures for the coordinated development of routine teaching and vocational skill competition in vocational colleges.
