高职院校《学前心理学》课程诊断改进的探索 被引量:2

摘要 课程诊断改进是高职院校自主履行办学主体责任、提升课程教学质量的重点内容。以高职《学前心理学》课程为例,依据湖北省高职院校内部质量保证体系诊改工作实施方案,结合学校实际情况,从"决策指挥系统、质量生成系统、资源建设系统、支持服务系统、监督控制系统"五大体系来诊断《学前心理学》课程存在的主要问题,采取相应改进措施,对课程诊断改进展开系列实践探索,提升了课程教学质量,促进了人才培养质量提高。 Curriculum diagnosis and improvement is the key measure for vocational colleges to fulfill their responsibility of managing schools and improving teaching effect.Taking the course preschool psychology as an example,we diagnose the main problems existing in "pre-school psychology" course,take corresponding improvement measures,and carry out a series of practical explorations on course diagnosis and improvement in response to the implementation plan of the internal quality assurance system reform in Hubei vocational colleges,combined with the actual situation of vocational schools.It is decided that the five major systems of "decision and command system,quality generation system,resource construction system,support service system,and supervision and control system" can be applied to improve the quality of course teaching and promote the quality of personnel training.
