摘要
对高职院校的新生加强引导和培养,为其后续正态和良性发展奠定基础,是高职新生素质教育的目的。通过辅导员和学长的"带动",教师和学生的"融入",将新生普遍存在的和社会集中指向的众多无法辨识的维度进行简化--"降维",从而形成一个清晰的维度:真实的自我,并发展为最好的自我,对高职学生的健康成长十分有益。
To lay a solid foundation for positive and profound personal development,guidance and cultivation of freshmen in vocational college is always highlighted.It is stated in this paper that following the lead of instructors and upperclassmen,freshmen can develop a vivid dimension of their true and best self to benefit their personal growth through the integration of teachers and students by simplifying the ambiguous and various dimension of college freshmen.
