摘要
为有效解决传统供水系统存在的能耗大、稳定性低及智能性差等问题,提出了一种能为用户提供稳定供水的智能增减水泵和变频调速的恒压供水系统设计方案。该系统从水泵运行效率和服役寿命的角度采用一种效率最优的控制策略,在保证系统稳定运行的同时利用并联运行水泵汇水点的实时压力反馈值进行调节,从而达到节能降耗的效果和提升使用效率的目标。最后为验证各策略的可行性对比分析了实际测量值和理论分析结果。
In order to solve effectively the problems existing in traditional water supply system such as big energy consumption, low stability and poor intelligence, this paper proposes a kind of constant pressure water supply system, which can increase or decrease the pump and frequency control intelligently to provide stable water for the consumers. This system adopts a kind of control strategy with optimal efficiency from perspective of pump operation efficiency and service life, the real-time pressure feedback value of water collecting point of parallel operation pump is used to adjust while ensuring the system stable operation, accordingly, realizing the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction and increasing the usage efficiency. Finally, in order to verify the feasibility of each strategy, actual measurement value and theoretical analysis results are compared and analyzed in this paper.
