摘要
结合丹东市水资源开发利用方式、自然赋存量以及水环境状况,建立了包含8项代表性指标的承载力评价体系与等级标准,然后对丹东市2015、2020年的承载力水平利用基于极大熵理论的模型进行分析,根据评价结果和水资源开发利用存在的主要问题提出了有针对性的改进措施。研究表明:丹东市现状水资源承载力低于期望负荷,可为促进当地水资源优化配置和合理开发利用提供一定参考依据。
Combined with the way of water resources development and use in Dandong City, natural stock and water environment, the bearing capacity evaluation system composed of eight representative indexes and grade standards were established, accordingly, this paper analyzed the bearing capacity level of Dandong City in 2015 and 2020 with the model based on the maximum entropy theory, the improvement measures pointed to the main problems existing in water resources development and use were put forward in accordance with the evaluation results. The study shows that current water resources bearing capacity of Dandong City is lower than the expected load, which can provide certain of reference frame for promoting local water resources optimal allocation and reasonable development.
