Evaluation of Water Resources Value in Liaoning Province

摘要 水资源是支撑环境、资源与社会系统的基础性自然资源具有一定的价值,受社会、经济与自然等多种因素的影响作用,水资源价值系统具有灰色系统特征,因此对于水资源价值的分析可考虑引入灰色理论。文章通过分析水资源价值基本内涵和AHP法理论,构建了灰色聚类评价模型,并利用模型客观、科学的评价了辽宁省水资源价值。结果表明:辽宁省水资源价值为3.28元/m3,评价结果与实际状况基本保持一致;在水资源价值分析中灰色理论分析法具有良好的适用性与科学性。 Water resources are the basic natural resources supporting the environment, resources and social system. They are influenced by many factors, such as society, economy and nature. The valu e system of water resources has the characteristics of grey system. Therefore, the grey theory can be used to analyze the value of water resources. By analyzing the basic connotation of water resources value and AHP theory, this paper constructs a grey clustering evaluation model, and objectively and scientifically evaluates the water resources value of Liaoning Province by using the model. The results show that the value of water resources in Liaoning Province is 3.28 yuan/m 3, and the evaluation results are basically consistent with the actual situation. Grey theory analysis method in water resources value analysis has good applicability and scientificity.
