独立学院的评估工作集中、速度快、形式性强,其内部自行开展的“自评估”大多呈现形式化的状态,在实际运作过程中,其教学质量评估面临母体依附思想严重、独立学院教学评估制度松散化、评估指标不规范等诸多问题.为完善教学评估体系,独立学院应设立专业的教学评估机构,构建科学的评估指标,选取科学的评估方法,注重评估专家的遴选与培训,并做好评估结果的分析总结工作.

The evaluation of independent colleges is centralized,fast and formal.Most of the self-assessments carried out by independent colleges are formalized.In the actual operation,the evaluation of the teaching quality of independent colleges faces many problems,such as serious dependence on the matrix university,loose evaluation system and non-standard evaluation indicators.In order to improve the teaching evaluation system,independent colleges should set up professional teaching evaluation institutions,construct scientific evaluation indicators,select scientific evaluation methods,pay attention to the selection and training of evaluation experts,and improve the analysis and summary of evaluation results.
