淮北市旅游发展的影响因素和对策

Influencing factors and countermeasures of tourism development in Huaibei City

为促进依托旅游业转型的资源枯竭型城市旅游业的发展,选取旅游供给侧改革关注的5个关键指标,采用多元回归分析方法,建立旅游业发展计量模型,实证分析淮北市旅游发展的影响因素.结果表明:国内游客人数、公路里程和城镇人均可支配收入对淮北市旅游发展具有正向的拉动作用,农村人均可支配收入的增长反向影响旅游发展.提升淮北市旅游业发展竞争力,保证城市经济可持续发展,应加大旅游业投资力度,夯实旅游经济基础,自上而下转变思维,城乡共塑特色旅游城市形象.

To promote the development of tourism in resource-exhausted cities relying on the transformation of tourism industry,five key indicators in the reform of tourism supply side were selected,and an econometric model of tourism development was established by using multiple regression analysis method.The influencing factors of tourism development in Huaibei City were empirically analyzed.The results show that the number of domestic tourists,highway mileage and the per capita disposable income of cities and towns have a positive pulling effect,whereas the growth of the per capita disposable income in rural areas has a negative impact.To enhance the competitiveness of Huaibei’s tourism and ensure the sustainable development of urban economy,we should increase investment in tourism,consolidate the economic basis of tourism,change our thinking from top to bottom,and create a unique image of tourism city in both urban and rural areas.
