一种综合性高精度位置服务平台设计

The Design of Comprehensive High-precision Location-based Service Platform

针对目前各行业对位置服务高精度、多元化需求,本文给出一种高精度、综合性北斗位置服务平台设计方案。该方案将北斗高精度定位技术、数据融合分析技术、互联网技术等相结合,集高精度定位、实时监控管理、行业资源共享、交流宣传等多种服务为一体,可为用户提供高效、便捷的多元化服务,并以山东省首个五位一体综合性高精度位置服务平台-青岛北斗数据中心的建设为例,对该方案设计的合理性及可行性进行验证,以期为其他省市北斗位置服务平台的建设提供参考。

Aiming at the high precision and diversified location-based service(LBS)demand,this paper presents a design of comprehensive high-precision LBS platform.This design combines Beidou high-precision positioning technology,data fusion analysis technology,Internet technology and so on.It can provide users with efficient and convenient diversified services,such as high precision positioning,real-time monitoring management,industry resources sharing,communication and others.Taking the construction of Qingdao Beidou Data Center,the first five-in-one comprehensive high-precision LBS platform in Shandong province,as an example,the rationality and feasibility of the design are verified.This paper can provide reference for the construction of Beidou LBS platform in other provinces and cities.
